KD Agrartechnik takes over the business operations of Knoche Maschinenbau GmbH:
Securing the future of a traditional company – bundling the KNOCHE and DUTZI brands under one roof.

The family-run company Knoche Maschinenbau, which has stood for innovative tillage technology for decades, filed for insolvency in September 2024. KD Agrartechnik GmbH has now joined the company in Bad Nenndorf and is continuing operations. The new management team consists of Frank Wetterkamp and the two authorized signatories Heiko Weser and Henning Windheim. Henning Windheim will continue to act as KNOCHE product manager, but will also become more involved in sales. In addition to sales tasks, Heiko Weser will also take over production management.

The DUTZI brand also belongs to KD Agrartechnik. This unites two brands under one roof. Heiko Weser and Frank Wetterkamp have been associated with the DUTZI brand for decades. “KD Agrartechnik joining Knoche is an important step in the further development of both brands,” explains Frank Wetterkamp. “We look forward to continuing the tradition of KNOCHE and DUTZI together with the experienced KNOCHE team and at the same time breaking new, innovative ground in agricultural technology.”

Securing the location and continuity – The entire workforce of Knoche Maschinenbau was taken over by KD Agrartechnik. The Bad Nenndorf site remains the central production and sales location. The shareholder and managing director Jörg Knoche and the second managing director Elmar Wimmers are leaving the company.

Focus on sustainable agriculture – The DUTZI brand machines ideally complement KNOCHE’s existing product portfolio for sustainable soil cultivation and efficient agricultural technology. With the proven products KNOCHE ÖKOGRUBBER, KNOCHE SPEEDMAX and KNOCHE CROSSMAX and the DUTZI KR and the DUTZI loaders FL and HL as well as other new developments, KD Agrartechnik will set new standards in modern agriculture.
