The KNOCHE ECO-CULTIVATOR was developed specifically for the special requirements of ecological agriculture: modern mechanics instead of chemistry!

The ECO-CULTIVATOR’s ultra-flat soil tillage ensures effective weed control with its 285 mm wide goosefoot share and pitch of just 12°. The soil is skimmed at a depth of only a few centimetres. The shares overlap by 80 mm, guaranteeing a full-width cut. The special cultivator has 200 mm wide line spacing which prevents blockage of the cultivator even in thicker vegetation. The depth wheels in the front section have two advantages: firstly, the load on the tractor’s rear axle is eased and it can be driven with extremely low air pressure, which in turn eases the load on the soil. Secondly, the depth wheels allow the roller to be completely decoupled, meaning it can be operated without roller, with roller or with roller and tine, as the local conditions require. The height and pitch of the tine row can be adjusted individually, meaning that it can be precisely configured to ensure that cut plant residue is tilled with the root facing upwards.

The KNOCHE ECO-CULTIVATOR is available in 3.0 m and 4.5 m working width. It is fully hydraulically foldable as of 4.5 m working width. The ECO-CULTIVATOR can be fitted with all standard rollers from the KNOCHE range.
